Let’s welcome summer with open arms by making a low FODMAP cocktail. I’ve chosen strawberries as the fruit, but feel free to adapt the recipe with the fruit of your choosing. Maybe you can try some other low FOMDAP fruit, like raspberries, kiwi, orange or even some juicy pineapple. If you experiment with other fruits, please share your creation with us!

If you are feeling peckish, why not try some freshly popped and salted popcorn. It’s a nice combination with the Strawberry Sour but also should be well tolerated by those with a sensitive gut.

Note:
Please enjoy sensibly. Vodka doesn’t contain any FODMAPs, but alcohol is a gut irritant, so limited intake is advised.

Alcohol will give you artificially high breath readings. After your cocktail, please wait for at least two hours before using your device.
